I am available to deliver talks, workshops, or presentations on mental health. I use my personal journey to raise awareness and generate conversation on a topic that is so important in the current world.
I have designed and delivered training on a variety of topics during my 20-year career in learning and development, including a focus on leadership development and line manager training. I have extensive experience in upskilling managers and leaders on coaching skills and developing emotional intelligence. I also have much experience in designing and delivering assessment and development centres incorporating your organisation’s values and competency frameworks.
