Stress, Burnout & Building Mental Resilience
This interactive session is designed to help attendees understand resilience, but also take away some practical tools to build their owan mental resilience and understand themselves and set actions to implement the learning.
Objectives:
By the end of the session, delegates will:
Learn the definition of mental resilience
Understand the impact of stress & burnout
Know about the circle of control and concern
Identify when stress is becoming a problem
Learn ways to manage their mental health using the ways of wellbeing.
Understanding the mental impact of racial discrimination: How to support yourself and others
The session will allow your employees to have an opportunity to develop an understanding of the mental health impact of racial discrimination, especially when it results in trauma, on those directly affected and how this can show up in the workplace. Delegates will become familiar with ways to manage their own thought patterns and mental wellbeing that can be impacted by racism.

Building Psychological Safety in the Workplace
This course focuses on creating a psychologically safe work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up, sharing ideas, making mistakes, and taking risks without fear of judgment or negative consequences. Participants will learn the importance of psychological safety in fostering innovation, collaboration, and overall organisational wellbeing.

Trauma-Informed Leadership
Stress, burnout and mental health challenges are fast becoming a leadership issue with rising numbers of people leaving workplaces or taking leave due to poor wellbeing. This workshop is about developing the practice of supporting, motivating and empathising to enable people to overcome barriers to performance, and achieve positive wellbeing.

Managing Mind Traps
This course is geared towards helping attendees manage or change unhelpful thinking patterns to promote positive mental well-being by developing self awareness and learning how to overcome barriers.

By the end of this session, delegates will:
Understand more about mind traps (cognitive distortions)
Learn how to recognise and overcome their own mind traps
Leave feeling more hopeful about managing thoughts
Have an awareness of typical mind traps
Learn ways to manage mind traps.
Understanding & Navigating Grief in the Workplace
Grief is an emotion, and process, that impacts nearly all of us at some point during our lives, but some may not understand the experience of grief or how to support someone in the workplace. This session aims to raise raise awareness in the workplace, create a safe culture for openness about such experiences, and encourage employees to seek support.
Objectives
By the end of the session, delegates will:
Understand the different types and definitions of grief and the impact on mental health
Have an awareness of how to support employees experiencing grief
Learn how line managers can approach and support team members
Know some of the unhelpful myths surrounding grief
Be able to implement practical ways to manage mental health
Understand the lived experience of grief.
