Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, or a sense that something just isn’t quite right. Counselling offers a confidential, supportive space where you don’t have to face these challenges alone.

As an integrative therapist, I work flexibly and collaboratively, tailoring therapy to you as a whole person — your experiences, emotions, body, relationships and inner world. There is no “one size fits all” approach here. Instead, we work together to understand what you need, at your pace.

I offer a free, no obligation 20 minute call to answer your questions and for you to get a sense of me, it’s important that you feel safe.

Counselling & Integrative Therapy

A compassionate space to explore, heal and grow

What Is Integrative Therapy?

Integrative therapy brings together different therapeutic approaches to create a personalised way of working that best supports you.

This may include elements of:

  • Person-centred therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Psychodynamic therapy

  • Trauma-informed approaches

By integrating these approaches, therapy can be responsive, gentle, and deeply attuned to what is happening for you in the moment, not just your symptoms, but the meaning behind them.

How Counselling Can Help

People come to therapy for many reasons. You might be:

  • Feeling anxious, overwhelmed or stuck

  • Experiencing low self-esteem or lack of confidence

  • Processing grief, loss or significant life changes

  • Living with the impact of trauma or past experiences

  • Struggling in relationships or with boundaries

  • Navigating stress, burnout or work-related pressures

Therapy can help you:

  • Develop greater self-understanding and self-compassion

  • Feel more emotionally regulated and grounded

  • Explore patterns that no longer serve you

  • Strengthen your sense of identity and voice

  • Build healthier coping strategies

  • Feel more connected to yourself and others

I offer a warm, relational and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship where you are met with empathy, respect and curiosity.

I believe that healing happens in safe relationships. Our work together will be collaborative, you are the expert in your life, and my role is to support, guide and walk alongside you as you explore your experiences.

Sessions are paced according to what feels manageable for you. There is no pressure to talk about anything before you feel ready.

My Approach:

What to Expect in Sessions

  • A safe, confidential and supportive space

  • Time to explore what brings you to therapy

  • Gentle exploration of thoughts, feelings and experiences

  • Practical tools where helpful

  • Space to reflect, process and make sense of your story

Therapy is not about “fixing” you, it’s about understanding, acceptance, and growth.

Taking the First Step

Reaching out for counselling can feel daunting, especially if you’ve been carrying things alone for a long time. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin, just a willingness to start where you are.

If you’re wondering whether therapy is right for you, I invite you to get in touch to arrange an initial conversation.

I offer a free, no obligation 20 minute call to answer your questions and for you to get a sense of me, it’s important that you feel safe.
